Entrance to the Village Green Park on S. Shamrock Dr.

Foxfire Village, which was incorporated by an act of the North Carolina State Legislature in 1977, had its beginnings as a golf resort. Located only four miles west of historic Pinehurst, the Village surrounds two 18 hole championship golf courses. In many ways Foxfire Village, a world nestled under the longleaf and loblolly pines that frame the beautiful homes and spacious home sites, is indeed a contradiction of the fast pace of today's world. With the conscientious efforts of its residents and members of the Council, Foxfire Village has become a premier residential and vacation community.

In 2009, the Village annexed 1,500 acres called Stonehill Pines, LLC.  Over the next ten to fifteen years this beautiful wooded area will be the home to two Jack Nicklaus designed golf courses, a five-star hotel, conference center and spa, and a variety of home sites, condominiums and townhouses.  The project site development will begin in the Fall of 2009.

If this sounds like a pleasant experience to you, take a look at the rest of this site and find out a little more about Foxfire Village; where there are no strangers, just friends you haven't met yet.
