FOXFIRE VILLAGE LIBRARY
***No further book donations will be accepted at this time. The library has reached its capacity.***
The Foxfire Village library is located in the Village Administration office and open Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The book collection has been donated by Village residents and was maintained by Kate Erickson for several years before her death in 2010.
The majority of books are mysteries and are both hardbound and paperback selections. Residents can browse the choices, take them to read and return them when finished. Donations are always welcomed and may be dropped off or the staff can be notified and the donations will be picked up at the community members residence.
Foxfire Village Children’s Library
As Foxfire Village continues to grow, so does the number of families with young children moving into the Village.
The Foxfire Village Library has expanded to include a Children’s Library. Seventy-five (75) books have been donated and range from short stories, picture/puzzle books, educational, and chapter books. All children’s books are numbered and unlike adult books, must be checked out. A maximum of three (3) books may be borrowed at one time and must return to the library within 14 days.
If your child or grandchild would like to check out a book(s), please visit the Children’s Library located in the Village Administration office Monday through Friday 8-4pm.
If you would like to add to the current collection of children’s books and wish to donate, please contact Village Clerk Lisa Kivett at (910) 295-5107 x200 or by email at [email protected].
