Yard Waste Collection Center
The Yard Waste collection Center is located in the northwest corner of the water tower enclosure.
The operating schedule is Mondays, Thursdays, and every-other Saturday per month from 4:00 to 5:00 P.M.
Accepted material for disposal will be small cutting from shrubbery, plants, tree limbs no larger than 6” in diameter and no longer that 4 ft long, and pine cones.
No metal objects, household trash, scrap appliances, Christmas trees etc. will be permitted. The Center will be locked at all times except at scheduled days and times. No refuse will be left at the Center at any time other than during scheduled disposal times.
Large yard wastes, such as trees, tree limbs, tree roots, will be the responsibility of the property owner to contract with a private contractor for disposal at a landfill. Truck loads of yard waste should be taken directly to the landfill on Hwy #5.
There will be no cost to the residents for this service.
DO NOT drive vehicles around backside of yard waste facility fence for dumping. It is PRIVATE PROPERTY and does not belong to Foxfire Village.
