Village Green Park ~ 10 S. Shamrock Drive
The Village Green Park was dedicated in the Fall of 2007. This fifty-one acre site was funded and constructed with local, State and federal loan and grants at a cost of about $750,000. The Village council members and staff worked with the Hayter Firm to design and build the facilities. The amenities include two picnic shelters with charcoal grills, children an adult play and game areas, bathroom facilities and a walking trail more than one mile in length located in a large wooded area on the park site.
The Foxfire Property Owners Association schedules several community events at the Village Green Park each year.
Park picnic shelters can be reserved by both residents and non-residents for family functions and special gatherings. An application to reserve a shelter must be submitted along with the appropriate fee to the Foxfire Village Administration office.
